At the bazaar event organized by Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University Social Work department students; They raised social awareness by drawing attention to the fight against leukemia and cancer.
In this bazaar event, academicians and students accompanied and supported this magnificent event, with the participation of the university’s board of trustees and management board. They made a donation to the “Children with Leukemia and Cancer Warriors Foundation” by offering for sale various food, beverages and related educational materials prepared by social work students expressing their views on the miracle of life of children with leukemia.
The administrators of the Children with Leukemia and Cancer Warriors Foundation expressed their gratitude to the students of our University’s Social Work department, underlining that they were a great happiness and hope for such an event organized on behalf of their university. They came together with the students with their opinions regarding the awareness of the foundation’s social contributions to the stability and professional dimensions of the meaningful activity they showed to the university social work department students in such an organization.
Such an event, carried out by the students of the Social Work Department of our university, was presented with a plaque on behalf of the foundation by our rector, Prof. Dr. They presented their opinions to Müslüm Çiçek, taking the promise that they would increase social responsibility and awareness projects, and expressed their opinions about the relevant studies.
